The Big Guess is a free gender reveal voting game that turns your TV into the show: guests scan a QR code, secretly vote Team Girl or Team Boy from their phones, and the TV runs a live name-by-name prediction reveal, a 10-second countdown, and a balloon-pop finale. No app, no accounts, free for up to 40 guests — the zero-risk, no-pyrotechnics alternative to a cake or smoke bomb. Built by the web studio Ejad.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Kareem from the studio Ejad. We kept seeing two kinds of gender reveals: remote-only apps that leave the actual room out, and pyrotechnic stunts that end up in the news for the wrong reasons. So we built The Big Guess — the reveal as a live TV game show.
Everyone in the room scans a QR code and secretly votes Team Girl or Team Boy from their phone. The TV then runs a name-by-name prediction reveal, a 10-second countdown, and a balloon-pop finale — the whole room watching the same screen together. No app, no accounts, free for up to 40 guests.
Would love your feedback, especially from anyone who's hosted (or survived) a gender reveal — what would make the moment land even harder?

Who hunted The Big Guess?
The Big Guess was hunted by Kareem Dabbeet. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
