Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Brian, co-founder of Tenovio. We started building this after watching friends and family deal with property management the same way people did in 2005 — endless email threads with landlords, "did the plumber confirm?" texts, rent receipts buried somewhere in WhatsApp.
Most property management software is built around the landlord. The tenant gets a portal that feels like an afterthought, and the vendor who actually fixes things gets a phone call. We wanted to fix that — one platform where everyone in the loop sees the same thing.
Tenovio handles maintenance requests, rent payments, documents, and communication in one place. Mobile-first, because that's where tenants actually live.
We're a small team in Vancouver and we've been heads-down on this for a while. Today we're opening it up. Would love your feedback, especially from anyone who's ever rented, managed property, or fixed someone's leaking sink at 9pm 😅
