I built 'tended' as a solopreneur. The idea started from how I perceived my dating style and while learning RAG and Obsidian.
For my style, I naturally keep track and remember the small things in my notes app about my dating partner, but its up to my memory to associate what's listed and infer with what I'm doing.
One day while reading up on AI structuring, it basically clicked, there is no good system in relationship Apps for holding onto passing details or "I've been wanting that" moments until it actually mattered. They all fall by the wayside in other apps.
Most relationship apps let that stuff fall by the wayside. So tended learns from real inputs and journal entries, builds an actual model of what your partner cares about, and surfaces specific suggestions from it: a gift idea, a nudge that she loves something right as you're passing the store that sells it, a personalized reminder before an anniversary.
