I'm Darya, and I built TemplateJet out of pure frustration from my own work as a recruiter.
Every day I was sending dozens of near-identical messages to candidates on LinkedIn – "Hi {name}, I saw your profile and..." – and I kept doing the same thing: digging through an old Google Doc, copy-pasting a template, then manually fixing the name (and sometimes translating it, since I work with candidates across different countries). It was slow, error-prone, and honestly a little embarrassing when I forgot to update a name.
So I built the tool I wished I had: save your best messages once, then insert them anywhere – LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp – with one click, and the recipient's name gets personalized automatically (it even handles name localization across English, Russian, Spanish, and German).
It's free to use for now, and I'd love your feedback – especially if you're in recruiting, sales, or any role where you send the same message more times than you'd like to admit 😅
