A friend of mine runs a 4-truck HVAC business in Oklahoma. Last August he was sitting in our kitchen showing me his call log — 71 missed inbound calls in a single weekend. Every one of those went straight to voicemail and never called back. He'd hired and fired three "answering services" over two years. They missed bookings, couldn't access his calendar, and quit at 5 PM on Fridays. He looked at me and said "all I need is something that picks up the phone and books the job."
