Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Eli. I build software for small businesses — the kind where the owner is also the person on the roof, in the van, or behind the chair. Tellumen started from a boring observation: most jobs aren't lost to a competitor. They're lost to silence. Someone asks for a quote, you send it, they go quiet, and three weeks later nobody remembers. Not because anyone stopped caring — because the follow-up list lives in the owner's head, and the head is busy. So I built demos of it for 23 different trades and started showing people. I expected feedback on the interface. Instead, the same thing kept happening: everyone found something about their own business they weren't tracking. A friend of mine sells cars. He isn't my target customer — I built this for contractors. He looked at the car-sales version for about a minute and said the insights would genuinely help him sell more cars. Same reaction from roofing, grooming, tutoring — trades with nothing in common. That's when it clicked that the thing I'd actually built isn't scheduling software. It's the part that notices who went quiet, who's read your quote four times without replying, and who you haven't spoken to in three weeks — and says it out loud every morning. Two things I'll defend: It refuses to sell you ads while you still have warm leads unworked. Not a tooltip — a hard gate in the code. Paid traffic is the most expensive way to fix a problem you could fix for free that afternoon. It says "I don't know yet" instead of guessing. Break-even cost per customer is computed from your real profit per job, and with fewer than three measured jobs it returns nothing rather than a confident number.
