TeamWheels is employee carpooling that lives inside Microsoft Teams. No new app: it's an AI agent in the chat your colleagues already use. Say "I'm driving to the office Tuesday at 8am, 3 seats" to publish a ride, or "Anyone going home tonight?" to get matches by route and time with one-tap join requests. Confirmations and 24h/1h reminders land in chat and the Teams activity feed. Helps cut parking demand, commute costs and Scope 3 commute emissions. English, French, Spanish.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Hamza, the maker of TeamWheels.
Every company I talked to had the same story: a carpool spreadsheet or a separate app that nobody opened after week two. So I built carpooling where employees already spend their day: Microsoft Teams.
TeamWheels is an AI agent in Teams chat. Type "I'm driving to the office Tuesday at 8am, 3 seats" or "anyone going home tonight?" and it does the rest: matches by route and time, one-tap join requests, confirmations and 24h/1h reminders. The AI never books or cancels on its own; every change is a button you click.
It's on the Microsoft Teams Store, Microsoft 365 certified, in English, French and Spanish, with a free 30-day trial.
I'd love your honest feedback, especially from HR and workplace teams!
Congrats on the launch! Carpooling inside Microsoft Teams meets people where they already are. How do riders get matched?
