Teamside
Small team chat and voice rooms on European servers
Teamside is an installable web app for private teams, gaming groups, and small communities that need fast text chat, voice rooms, secure invites, and real-time presence without the weight of a traditional desktop client. It starts with lightweight WebRTC peer-to-peer voice for small rooms, then can migrate to SFU server mode when more reliability is needed. Built as a PWA, Teamside feels close to a native PC app while staying easy to open, share, and update We are on European servers exclusively
Hi Product Hunt,
I’m building Teamside as a lightweight, installable alternative for small teams and gaming communities that want text chat, voice rooms, and secure invites without needing a heavy desktop client.
The idea is simple: open it in the browser, install it as a PWA if you want the desktop feel, create private spaces, and talk with your team. Voice starts lightweight with WebRTC P2P for small rooms, with SFU mode available when reliability matters more.
I’d love feedback on the product direction, onboarding, PWA experience, and what features would make this useful for your own team or community.
