Teamhood is project management for engineering and technical firms. It plans work around the hours each person can work, so you see who has time before you assign the work.
We have build Teamhood to offer a truly lightweight experience for complex project management, it's like combining easy task planners and sophisticated PM tools except it takes the best parts of both and leaves the worst parts aside. Our missions is to finally connect project managers and agents with the rest of the company in a single platform.
In Teamhood capacity comes from each person’s working week, minus time off, organization holidays and team closures. The schedule view shows the planned hours of each person or team next to that capacity, day by day. When someone takes a day off, their planned hours move to their other working days.
Teams plan in the view that fits the work: board (Kanban), list, Gantt, schedule, timesheet, chart and mind map. Every view reads the same items. The Gantt view schedules dependencies, draws the critical path and compares the plan with a baseline. People log time against items, and Teamhood calculates cost from the logged hours and each person’s cost rate.
Also included: custom types and fields, formula fields, roles and permissions, view links for people without an account, import from MS Project, a public REST API, webhooks and an MCP server for AI assistants.
Teamhood is developed in Europe and runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU (North Europe region, Ireland).

Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
