I'm Stano, and I built TeamBase solo over the last 1.5 years — evenings and weekends, no team, no investors.
It came from my own frustration: you finally sit down in the evening with one free hour to play, and instead of playing you spend half of it hunting for a squad across 5 servers and 3 apps. By the time you find someone, it's already time for bed.

Really clean app so far. One thing that would make it even better is a built-in replay or clip sharing system tied to your playtime tracker, so teammates can quickly review matches without leaving the app.
finally an app that doesn't feel like another bloated discord clone. the playtime leaderboards are genuinely cool and the steam link just works
the solo build is kind of impressive honestly, especially getting steam integration and 17 languages done in one app. voice + events + polls all sitting inside the guild view is a nice touch.
Built solo, wow, respect. One thing that would seal it for me though: a Discord bot or webhook bridge so guild chats can mirror into servers we already run, since most squads live there and won't fully migrate. Would make the transition way smoother.
Steam linking is a nice touch for the leaderboards, but what would really seal the deal for me is cross-platform playtime support — pulling hours from Epic, Xbox, PlayStation and Riot clients too. A lot of my squad splits time across launchers and I know I'm not the only one who'd want a single view of who's actually grinding.
One thing that would make this really useful for me would be a built-in scheduler with timezone detection so guild events actually show up correctly for everyone. Right now my old team always had people missing raids because times got confusing across regions.
