I've been self-studying Traditional Chinese Medicine for years — mainly to understand my own body and stay healthy without relying on medication for every small issue.
One thing I kept noticing: the people around me had recurring patterns (always cold, always tired, always anxious) that TCM explained perfectly — but they had no way to access this knowledge because it's buried in complex classical texts.
So I built this quiz to bridge that gap. It's based on the official 9-constitution framework developed by Professor Wang Qi at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine — the same standard used by China's National Health Commission.
