Tasky Turtle started with me just looking for a simple note and task management app without all those complicated features I'd never use. After exploring a few options, I couldn't find anything that offered the specific features I wanted at a cost-effective price.
Being a creative, I wanted something fun, because sometimes you just need a splash of color in your life when working through a long to-do list! So, the co-founder and I started building Tasky Turtle. We wanted something simple that could essentially replace my diary, so we built in tabs for work categorization (super helpful for freelancers), tasks with deadlines (plus a calendar view), and notes, all on one screen.
But instead of just keeping it to myself, we wanted to share it with the world for anyone else looking for something similar.
It’s still very new, and we would love to build a community of people to help us improve Tasky Turtle as much as possible. We have some ideas in mind to take it to the next level (HINT: it’s AI-related!), but for now, we’re really proud of our initial launch.
