Taskwingo
A clean, powerful personal task manager for desktop.
Taskwingo is a fully offline Windows task manager that keeps your data 100% on your machine - no accounts, no cloud, no subscriptions. What sets it apart: multiple independent profiles on one PC (great for freelancers juggling clients), per-profile PIN lock with auto-lock, and file attachments built in. Three views - List, Kanban, Calendar. Four themes. Recurring tasks, subtasks, rich text notes, and full CSV/JSON export. Just install and go.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Gitwingo, the developer behind Taskwingo. I built this because I was tired of task managers that require an account just to write a to-do list. Everything in Taskwingo stays on your machine - no sign-up, no sync, no server.
The feature I'm most proud of is multi-profile support with PIN lock - if you're a freelancer or share a PC, you can keep completely separate workspaces for each client or person, each with its own PIN.
Would love to hear your feedback - what features would you want to see next? Drop a comment or find me on GitHub. 🙏
