π Free until Oct 25, 2026! What's new: smarter quick add (dates, times, repeats like "every other Friday"), notifications from Tasklo with Done/Snooze, location reminders, Today grouped by morning/afternoon/evening, week view, images on reminders, Spotlight search, tag chips on Mac and many fixes. One price. No subscription, no account, no data collected.
Hey Product Hunt! π I'm Robin, the maker of Tasklo.
I built it because I didn't want yet another reminders app that hides basic features behind a subscription or an account with questionable privacy.
Tasklo works on top of Apple Reminders (iCloud, Exchange, Outlook, CalDAV), so your data stays where it already is and syncs between your iPhone and Mac. You just type "every other Friday 6pm call mom" and it understands. Notifications come from Tasklo itself, there are location reminders, widgets, Siri, and a Liquid Glass design.
πΈ Free until Oct 25, 2026. After that it's a one-time price. No subscription, no account, no data collected.

I'd love honest feedback: what's missing, what's annoying, what would make you switch? I read and reply to every comment. π
