Taskive is AI-native project management for small teams: Kanban + sprints with AI risk scoring on every task, burnout detection from real activity, and focus-mode ranking. Its MCP server turns your workspace into memory for Claude, ChatGPT & Cursor — agents read live tasks, project memory, and decisions instead of being re-briefed every chat. Free plan, no credit card.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built Taskive because every "AI project management" tool I tried just bolted a chatbot onto a task list — while my actual problem was the opposite: my AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) had no idea what my team was working on. Every session started with me re-explaining the project. So Taskive works the other way around: the task list IS the AI's memory. • Kanban + sprints your team actually uses, with AI risk scoring on every task, burnout detection from real activity, and a focus mode that ranks what to do next • A remote MCP server (OAuth 2.1) so Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor can read live tasks, sprint state, project memory, decision logs, and search team knowledge — 100+ tools • GitHub integration: PRs, issues, and branches link to tasks automatically • AI task extraction from pasted docs and meeting notes It's free to start, no credit card. I'd genuinely love feedback — especially from teams already working with AI agents day-to-day. What would you want your agent to know about your projects?

Comment highlights

The MCP server idea is genuinely smart, since I got tired of copy pasting project context into every Claude chat. One thing I'd love is a way to set risk-score thresholds that auto-create tasks or ping Slack when burnout signals cross a line, so the detection actually does something instead of just sitting on a dashboard.

Burnout detection from real activity is a smart move, caught me off guard how it flagged me after a heavy sprint. The MCP server hooking into Cursor is the killer part though.

Plugged it into Claude and it actually pulled live tasks and past decisions without me re-explaining the project, which felt like magic. The burnout flag on my own activity was a little too accurate though.

honestly the MCP integration with claude and cursor is what sold me, finally my agents can see live tasks without me copy pasting. one thing that would make it click even more for my team is letting the focus-mode ranking factor in meeting load from google calendar, because right now it kind of ignores that and just looks at task activity, which can push focus mode on the wrong days
