We built TaskFlow to tackle a common university group-project problem; uneven responsibility and poor coordination.
Our prototype turns project requirements into actionable tasks with estimated hours, then lets teams decide who takes each task.
We’re starting simple, with plans to explore smarter suggestions based on skills, preferences, workload, and availability.
What would make group projects easier for you?
This is a really relatable problem, especially for university group projects where task ownership can often become unclear. TaskFlow focuses on turning requirements into actionable tasks with estimated hours and clear responsibility. We would be adding more features like workload balancing, skill-based task suggestions, and progress tracking as the product evolves.
This product will genuinely help keep things really organised, and everyone accountable. Really appreciable idea. I did try it and it's amazing!
What should we build next?
TaskFlow is still a working prototype, and we know there’s a lot more we can build.
