I originally built this for the office I work at. We had a constant stream of small requests — fix the printer, restock the kitchen, clean meeting room 3 — and everyone just dumped them into a group chat, then reacted with 👍 once done.
I thought a proper task board would help, but my director said it was "too complicated" — so we just kept scrolling through chat history trying to figure out what was done and what wasn't.
So I built Task Hub to bridge the gap: it looks and feels like the chat people are used to, but structures everything as proper tasks — with statuses, categories, locations, and assignees — instead of a wall of messages and emoji reactions.
