Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ryan.
I'm an engineer by trade, and my wife is a stylist. We're in the middle of buying a salon of our own, and when we started looking at the numbers, the booking software could tell us what sold, but not which days, hours or stylists actually made money once payroll was paid.
So I built Tangled Analytics. You upload the export you already have from GlossGenius, Vagaro, Square or Phorest, and it shows:
- Profit by day, by stylist and by weekday, after wages and payroll tax
- Peak hours as a weekday-by-hour heat map
- Revenue per labor hour and utilization (booked vs. scheduled hours)
- A schedule builder that sets an hours target for each day from your own history and builds the week from your team's availability
It works for salons with W-2 hourly stylists, commission stylists, or a mix. Pricing is $59/mo for the first salon and $15/mo for each additional location, with a 7-day free trial, no card needed.
