Hey Product Hunt,
I built Tanchi for myself first. I run an event ticketing company and I hated prospecting: hours of research, writing, and forgetting follow-ups past 60 leads in the pipeline. The tools I paid for made it worse, not better.
Tanchi runs the boring part overnight. Sourcing, research, drafting, follow-ups. I show up in the morning, approve or edit a queue, and go back to building.
Two opinions baked into it that will annoy some people:
It only automates email. Anything promising you full auto LinkedIn is selling you a ban.
It ignores open rates entirely. Apple killed that metric. It learns from replies, from meetings booked, and from every edit you make to its drafts.
Self-hosted is free and complete, one Docker command, AGPL-3.0. The cloud is 99€/month with a 14-day trial and pays for the development.
