Jordan here, one half of Tamoia. The other half is Sunday Mgbogu, our CTO, in Lagos. I spent 17 years inside CRM implementations. The seat count was always the first thing negotiated and the last thing questioned. Every firm I worked with paid for seats nobody logged into. Nobody thought that was strange. It was just what software cost. Then agents showed up. An agent doesn't log in. It doesn't need a license. It needs somewhere to do the work and somewhere to prove it did. The seat has no answer for that. I knew the problem from the implementation side. Sunday knew it from the other one. He came up through cloud and AI infrastructure at Datamellon and co-founded Vocal AI on ElizaOS, so he has built agents himself and knows what they need from the system they work in. We met on YC Co-Founder Matching in September 2025 and started building that November. So we built the other thing. It runs on two refusals. We don't charge for seats. You pay per verified result. Nothing else. We don't ask for trust. Every action an agent takes gets a timestamp, a source flag (agent, person, or system), and the record it changed. You don't have to believe the agent. You can check. What's live today: - A CRM for professional services firms doing up to $20M. Contacts, companies, pipeline. Setup runs about 20 minutes. That's the measured number. - An MCP server (npm: @tamoia/mcp-server) with 9 tools, so any agent can read and write to the CRM. Discovery endpoints at /.well-known/agent.json and /llms.txt. That part is Sunday's. - The audit trail, on every action, from day one. The incumbent can't follow us here. Outcome pricing breaks the seat license and the partner channel at the same time. Smart people work there. The math still doesn't let them. Where we actually are: five US firms in free alpha across wellness, landscaping, hardware, consulting, and food production. One signed LOI. Nobody is paying yet. Turning that LOI into an invoice is the next thing we close. We're opening thirty founding slots. A founding firm gets a place at the table, not a discount. In build, not shipped: A2A, outcome contracts, agent trust verification. When those ship, you'll be able to check that too. Ask us anything, including the unflattering questions.
