Talo offers real-time voice translation across video calls, live events, offline presentations and streaming broadcasts. Use bots or the desktop app to translate meetings, or integrate via our API. Make every conversation accessible globally.
Hey everyone 👋 I’m Anton, founder of Talo — and today’s launch is special. After being acquired by Palabra.ai, we’ve joined forces to build the all-in-one AI translator for calls, events, streaming & API.
Our mission has always been simple: make global communication effortless — no interpreters, no barriers, just real-time voice translation that feels natural.
What’s new since our last PH launch:
🤝 Huge improvement in real-time video call translation (Talo)
🎧 Webinars & offline events now supported (Palabra Events)
📺 Live broadcast translation (Palabra Broadcaster)
🧩 API Platform for devs to build custom translation apps
If you believe the world deserves borderless communication — we’d love your support ❤️
I’m interested in your translation model. Is it word-for-word, like Weglot, or contextual translation?
Nice business model you have. I’d love to maybe have a discussion with you, if it fits, and you’re interested.
My company is a large AI speech business, specializing in AI voice, global translation and communication. We actually do some of the things you’re doing (e.g. multilingual voice, transcription, cloning, etc.)
If not, I understand.
Super intéressant : mais il y a un bug erreur 404 sur votre page tarif et affiliation. Pouvez vous nous en dire plus ici ? Merci
Congratulations! What a nice launch! Really looking forward to use Talo in our international meetings.
While Talo is amazing, more integrations with niche platforms could enhance its versatility. Also, a feature to customize the translation's tone would be a valuable addition.
This is really cool! As a founder, I often need to chat with users from all over the world, so this looks like it could be super helpful for me.
I just have one question: if I add this tool to my meeting software, will other participants know that an AI bot has joined the meeting? I'm a bit concerned they might have privacy worries.
A few years ago when the AI wave started, I remembering having this conversation with a friend hoping to have a live translator. Today, it seems to be a reality. Congrats on the launch!
Is there a page on the website where we can see full list of 60 languages it supports?
This is so cool! Does it support Indian languages like Tamil, Hindi, etc.?
Oh nice! This looks pretty good! Probably helps a lot of companies that are multi-lingual focused. Great work
Big congratulations on Talo! Incredible idea and well-deserved recognition 🎉
Talo AI is a game-changer for multilingual meetings. I used it on a recent call where one attendee spoke English and the other Spanish, and Talo seamlessly translated both sides in real time via Google Meet. The setup was surprisingly smooth — just drop in and go.
The translation quality was solid and the flow felt much more natural than I expected. The privacy assurances (no meeting data retention) also gave peace of mind.
On the flip side: for now it’s more suited to standard meeting formats; if you’re doing specialized jargon or very fast-paced conversation, you’ll still want to monitor. Also, the pricing becomes a factor if you’re using many minutes or large teams.
If your work involves lots of cross-language calls (global teams, sales demos, research interviews), I’d highly recommend giving Talo a try.
What an awesome product for people/businesses with global and multilingual audiences! When you say "it's delivered to your audience in their language" is like it's dubbed or will the speaker's mouth also correspond to the translated language?
Congrats on the launch, guys! Proud of your journey
