I kept seeing small-shop owners stuck between two bad options: a full POS that's overkill, or a spreadsheet that's a pain. They just wanted to record a sale fast, see what's low, and know today's numbers.
So I built TallyRun around three rules: **simple, private, offline.** No account to create, no servers — your business data lives only on your phone (encrypted), and it works with zero signal, which matters a lot where I'm from. It's free.
It's intentionally not a POS or accounting app. It's "the upgrade from your notebook."
