I built Talk2UsNow after seeing how often businesses ask customers for feedback but still make the process harder than it needs to be.
A customer might have a good experience, but by the time they get home, the moment is gone and the review never gets written.
The idea was simple: make it possible for a business to ask for feedback at the right moment, with just a QR code.
I started with that basic idea and built Talk2UsNow around making the process quick for both businesses and their customers. The focus has stayed the same throughout: fewer steps, less friction, and an easier way for happy customers to share their experience.
