I built TaleToaster after spending way too many nights reading the same 4 bedtime stories on rotation to my kids. I wondered: what if AI could make a NEW 5-minute audiobook every night, with my kid as the hero?
That's what TaleToaster does. Pick a theme, tap Generate, and ~30 seconds later a 5-minute audiobook is playing — fully narrated by a professional AI voice, no reading required. Stories are calibrated to age tiers (2-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10+), and your child is the hero of every one — by name.
Built solo with Expo + Supabase + RevenueCat + Anthropic Claude + ElevenLabs. Just shipped to the App Store this week.
