My co-founder and I built Talenyze after watching HR teams we know personally spend entire weeks doing nothing but reading CVs — only to still worry they missed someone good.
The real problem isn't just the time. It's that the current options are either brutally manual or brutally blunt. ATS tools filter by keywords and quietly discard strong candidates who just didn't use the right buzzwords.
We wanted something smarter. Something that reads CVs the way a good recruiter would — understanding context, not just matching words. And for tech roles, going one step further by looking at what candidates actually built on GitHub, not just what they claimed on paper.
We just finished our first pilot: 300 CVs across 2 companies, 85% reduction in screening time, 95%+ match accuracy. More importantly, the HR teams felt confident in the results, which is the part that's hardest to build.
