I built Takt because I got tired of Google Analytics. It's bloated, it forces a cookie banner on you, it ships your data off to the US, and I could never read the dashboard just to answer a simple question like "how many visitors did I get today".
So I made something simpler. Takt is cookieless, which means no consent banner. It's hosted in Europe and GDPR compliant, so visitor data stays in the EU. The dashboard is real time and you get it in about 5 seconds. The script is tiny and won't slow your site down.
There's a free trial and you don't need a credit card. I'm the founder so I'll be around all day. Happy to hear any feedback or criticism, ask me anything.
