I created this small 1-minute app because I’ve seen so many women around me—and in my own life—trying to hold everything together until they are completely exhausted.
Between work, family, caretaking, and daily life, the mental load never seems to stop. We often feel guilty just for taking a break. But sleep deprivation and burnout aren't personal failures; they are the result of carrying too much for too long.
I wanted to build a tiny sanctuary. An app where you don't have to "achieve" anything. You just open it, gaze at it for a single minute, and remember that you are worthy of rest just as you are.
