TailWag is an AI front desk for pet care teams. Think clinics, groomers, daycares, trainers, and other pet businesses that are constantly dealing with calls, emails, appointment requests, intake, reminders, follow-ups, and messy client messages.
I don’t think AI should replace these teams. But I do think it can take a lot of the repetitive admin off their plate, structure the chaos, and help staff stay in control.
This is our first public launch, so I’d genuinely love feedback — especially from pet care operators, SaaS builders, or anyone working on practical AI for real-world businesses.
