Top comment

Hey Product Hunt! I’m Mert, the maker of Tabbs 👋 I built Tabbs because the default macOS app switcher is great for moving between apps, but gets slow when you have several windows open across different Spaces. I wanted one simple, keyboard-first flow: hold Command, tap Tab through individual windows, and release to jump directly where you need to be. Tabbs is native, lightweight, and intentionally keeps the interface out of the way—no thumbnails, search, or visual clutter. It also includes minimized, hidden, and cross-Space windows, so your whole workspace is within reach. I’d love to hear: what feels most frustrating about switching windows on macOS, and what would make Tabbs more useful in your daily setup?

Been looking for something like this for ages. The hold-tap-release motion feels super natural and it's wild that macOS doesn't ship this by default. Solid pick.

Really useful for people like me who live in tons of Spaces. One thing that would make it click for me: a fuzzy search fallback once I keep holding Command+Tab past a second or two, so I can jump straight to a window by typing the app name instead of cycling. Would love to see that added.
