Chrome gets slower one tab at a time. Tab Monitor is a Chrome tab manager and browser memory monitor that shows live RAM and CPU usage per tab, helping you spot the pages draining your browser. Close, suspend, park, or focus tabs in seconds, then save browser sessions to restore your workspace later. Unlike a basic tab list, Tab Monitor connects visibility to fast cleanup. Version 1.0.11 is free to start, with Pro automation, deeper insights, and saved page positions.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Tab Monitor after repeatedly losing time trying to find which Chrome tab was making my browser slow. A normal tab list tells you what is open—but not which tabs are using your RAM and CPU. Tab Monitor gives each tab a live resource view, lets you sort the biggest offenders, and gives you practical actions: close, suspend, park, or focus. You can also save browser sessions and restore your workspace later. In v1.0.11, saved sessions can bring you back to the page position you left. It’s free to start, with Pro features for deeper insights and automation. I’d love your feedback: what usually slows Chrome down for you—one heavy site, too many tabs, or something else?
