Most testosterone apps are repackaged calorie trackers or supplement funnels. T-Score is just a habit tracker. A 30 second nightly check-in across the 6 habits with the strongest evidence for moving testosterone (sleep, exercise, sunlight, cold, supplements, diet) gives you a 0-100 score, and Apple Health auto-fills sleep and workouts. Bloodwork log tracks total T, free T, and SHBG with age-adjusted ranges, and there’s a 365-day contribution grid. Runs on-device. iOS only.

Lead developer here. I built T-Score after spending a year trying to figure out which of the “testosterone habits” people always talk about were actually doing something for me and which ones were basically placebo. My bloodwork started at 380 ng/dL and ended at 612 after a year of tracking and adjusting. It’s the app I wish I had on day one. What it does: - 30 second nightly check-in across 6 habits: sleep, exercise, sunlight, cold exposure, supplements, diet - Each habit weighted by research strength (sleep pulls the most, then exercise) - Daily 0-100 score - 365-day contribution grid so you can see which weeks held together - Bloodwork tracking for total T, free T, SHBG with age-adjusted ranges - Apple Health auto-fill for sleep and workouts on the paid tier - Runs fully on-device. No accounts, no server, no data collection. Built with Expo + React Native, RevenueCat for subs, native SwiftUI widget through expo-widgets. All local storage via AsyncStorage. Free tier covers the daily check-in and score. Pro is $5.99/mo or $39.99/yr with a 7 day trial and unlocks Apple Health sync, full history, bloodwork tracking, and the research library. Happy to answer questions about the build, scoring methodology, HealthKit integration, or anything else.
