Hi Product Hunt! Savva here, co-founder and CEO of SYNQ.
For eight years I've run a video production studio. Over a thousand videos, a lot of them ads. And our clients kept hitting the same wall: the ad works, the DMs fill up, and then the leads just sit there. The manager is asleep, or stuck in another chat, or sends "hi, how can I help?" three hours later. By then the person has already bought somewhere else.
So in January 2026 I started building the thing I wanted to hand them.
My co-founder Anton and I met in Bali on a Dungeons & Dragons show I was producing (he was one of the players). Between sessions it turned out he'd been CTO at a crypto exchange. Today he writes every line of SYNQ's code.
Here's what SYNQ does. An AI employee sits in your Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook and runs the deal all the way to the end: replies in seconds, figures out what the person actually needs, handles "too expensive" and sends the payment link. Most bots hand the chat to a human exactly when it gets hard. That's the moment we built for.
The hardest part wasn't the AI. It was Meta. To get direct API access to Instagram and WhatsApp we went through dozens of app reviews and had our accounts blocked 12 times. In May we became an official Meta Tech Provider, so no grey-zone scripts that break next Tuesday.
Two founders, no employees, no investors yet.
