Syncly is a systems studio for creators building paid online communities. We cover every stage of building a community that runs itself. Skyrocket your community.
I built Syncly after noticing the same pattern over and over: creators running paid communities on Discord, Skool, Circle or Telegram were all hitting the exact same problems — pricing that didn't match the value they delivered, no real onboarding, and members quietly disappearing without anyone knowing why until it was too late.
Most resources out there are platform-specific, which means the advice breaks the moment you switch tools or your community grows into a different one. So I built this to be platform-agnostic from the start: the same pricing model, the same retention system, the same automation logic, whichever platform your community lives on.
It started as a single Discord automation service, and grew into three things — a free starter guide, a complete operating system covering pricing through automation with a full case study, and a done-for-you setup service for the technical side.
Would love feedback from anyone running a community right now, especially on what's missing.

Who hunted Syncly?
Syncly was hunted by Syncly. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
