Syncira
Daily guidance for women that follows the menstrual cycle
Syncira maps your cycle to four Inner Seasons - Inner Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn - each split into early, mid and late days. Every morning there is one Daily Invitation for where you are, with a food, a movement, a self-care activity and a question to reflect on. Once a cycle you set a Cycle Intention, and the invitations follow it. Health data is encrypted on the phone before it goes anywhere. No ads, no data sold. Free, with an optional Premium.
Hi, I am Jelena, and I built Syncira alone over nine months.
I was diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance in my early twenties. What helped me was working with my cycle - food, movement, yoga - and I kept forgetting what to do on which day. I have been building apps for 7 years, so I built the one I wanted.
It went live in the App Store on September 21 and on Google Play the day after. The first reviews came from women I have never met, and they are why I am here today.
I would love to hear what you think, and what is missing. The women who use it are shaping it.

Who hunted Syncira?
Syncira was hunted by Jelena Korać. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
