Hey Product Hunt, Logan here, maker of Symphony. I built this because my team runs several Claude Code and Codex agents at once, and nobody could see who was editing what until the merge conflicts arrived. Symphony hooks into each agent on each machine and streams every file edit to one live board: per-person cards, collision flags the moment two agents touch the same file, a token leaderboard, and a 3D map of the repo. It is open source (MIT) and self-hosts in minutes: bring a free Supabase project and run it locally or deploy to Modal with one command. I would love feedback, especially from teams running multiple agents. The repo README has a 30-second demo GIF for the quick tour.
