Symphony

An OS where AI controls keyboard and mouse

Artificial Intelligence
Computers

Create your OS, ask AI to do stuff for you. AI will work with existing programs on the OS: - Navigate to a webpage to gather information. - Make a presentation all by itself. - Extract data from webpage to a spreadsheet. * Use computer to view your OS

Hi! I'm Daniel, creator of Symphony, an OS on the web where you & your OS work together. Symphony is like autopilot, but on a computer. Symphony first started with a breakthrough of LLMs: Computer-Use. It allowed the AI to take control of the computer, working as a copilot for our daily use. When I saw the announcement, I thought "Wow! This would allow boring things to be done by AI!". So, I created just that, an OS accessible using a web browser that has a AI which controls the keyboard and mouse. This AI is capable of doing many things, from writing emails, making presentations, extracting data to a spreadsheet, and many more. The OS is Ubuntu, equipped with KDE Plasma. The default programs installed are Firefox, Libre Office, Only Office, and default GUI programs, and I intent to include many more programs along the way. Because the OS is on the cloud, one can simply close the browser and chat with AI using a phone. That will allow you to do your work will traveling! However, for the OS and the GUI to form better, you should login and view your OS first with a computer and than login with your phone, not the other way around. I would greatly appreciate any feedback given by you guys! Please, give it a go and be surprised by what AI is capable of.

Hire a designer to make it appealing to customers and investors and you will break a world with this! Congrats!

Congrats! I think this is the future: Cloud-Based OS with AI integration, no more data on the devices

Cool concept! Feels like a peek into how we'll use computers in the future! Noticed it's text-based now. Any plans for voice commands? Would make it feel even more natural.

Congrats! For me, the mouse and keyboard are everything when it comes to work. However, it seems like the tasks it can handle are still limited. Are there plans to enable it to handle more complex tasks, like post on social media?
