- Latest weight, 7-day average, a 14-day chart and goal progress on one screen, with a projected goal date from your trend
- Chest, waist, hips, arms and thighs on a body map, left and right kept separate, each with its own chart
- Progress photos with the weight from that day; put any two side by side
- Optional photo body map: your measurement bands drawn on your own latest photo
- One + button logs weight, measurements or a photo, for today or any past day
Privacy, plainly: no account, no ads, works offline. Photos stay on your phone and are never uploaded or synced. If you want your numbers on another device, Sapplify Sync is free and opt-in, encrypted in transit and at rest on EU servers, not end to end. There's anonymous usage analytics, and you can switch it off in settings.
