The current system is cluttered, hard to navigate, and relies heavily on keyword search, which often leads to irrelevant results - discouraging businesses looking for contract opportunities. The clunky UI adds another layer of complexity, creating an overall frustrating experience.
Sweetspot utilizes a combination of semantic and lexical search to streamline the process of searching for government contracts. Businesses can now find relevant opportunities with just one query, eliminating the need for multiple keyword searches to do hours-long research. You can even use our scheduled queries feature to automate this process, so that you get email notifications everytime a new relevant contract is posted.
@philip_kung, @andrew_arkhipov, and I have all known each other since freshman year of college. We went from competing in hackathons together to working on AI, ML, and search algorithms at companies such as Coinbase, Meta, Nuro, Amazon, and Chicago Trading Company. We’re excited to bring our extremely technical skillset to government contracting, an industry where software has been stagnant for the past 40 years.
