Small motels and B&Bs usually plan housekeeping on a whiteboard or in a group chat every evening: look at tomorrow's bookings, work out who checks out, who stays, which rooms have guests arriving early, then split rooms between two or three cleaners. Big-hotel tools like Flexkeeping or hotelkit are built for larger teams and often need setup fees or contracts.
Sweeplan does the evening plan for you: • Reads the next day's bookings and creates one task per room (check-out clean, stay-over service, arrival check) with time estimates • Flags rooms with arriving guests as priority • Auto-assigns all rooms in one click, respecting each housekeeper's max rooms and keeping your manual choices • Gives each housekeeper a mobile list of only their rooms: start, done, notes, report a maintenance issue
Try it with no sign-up: pick "manager" or a housekeeper in the demo (a sample 16-room motel with shared data you can reset).
Honest status: it's a free beta. Booking import is designed for Beds24, but the demo uses sample data; a live Beds24 connection, shift/eligibility rules and more languages are next.
