Hey everyone!
I built Sutts because every quit smoking app I tried felt like a long boring sunday school lecture. Big red counters, guilt screens, streaks that shame you if you slipped. I didn't want that, I just wanted to know what was actually going on.
Created Sutts to help quitters meet them where they are in the journey.
- One tap logging: Open the app, and one tap to update your count. Optional context in case you want to add it. Other options like widgets, quick settings tile, and speak to add functionalities enabled.
- Identify your patterns; it'll tell you stuff like "You smoke 40% more on the days you skipped breakfast" or "Stress triggers peaked between 4-5PM this week". Things you won't spot yourself.
You can use this app to track, to reduce, or to quit. Sutts doesn't care which; and that's the point. Most people aren't ready to quit on day 1, they just want to understand the patterns.
