Hey Product Hunt, I built Sutra because my best prompts kept ending up scattered across notes, browser tabs, docs, and one-off chat threads. Sutra is a local-first prompt library with a Chrome extension for the places prompts actually get used. You can save and organize prompts, add variables, copy rendered text, right-click selected text to start an “Explain this” flow, or type ;; in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Studio to insert a saved prompt without leaving the chat. The current release is deliberately local-first: - No signup required - Prompt data stays in your browser profile - JSON import/export is built in - Cloud sync and teams are not shipped yet - Explicit helpful/not-helpful feedback stays local and does not observe AI replies I would especially value feedback on: 1. Which AI surfaces you would want supported next 2. Whether local-first is enough for your prompt workflow before cloud sync 3. Which part of prompt reuse still feels slow or annoying Thanks for trying it.
