Hey PH 👋 Every small team I've worked with runs support the same way: a shared support@ Gmail address, and a Slack channel full of "who's got this one?" Eventually two people answer the same customer, or worse - nobody does. The usual fix is a helpdesk (Zendesk, Front, Hiver), but that means moving your team out of Gmail, paying $19–79/seat, and - this part always bothered me - handing a third party your entire mailbox. SupportUtils takes the opposite approach. It's a Chrome extension that adds a ticket layer inside Gmail: statuses, assignees, internal notes, and a team dashboard with response analytics. Everything syncs to your team in real time. The part I'm most proud of: we never read your email. The extension only syncs the metadata your team creates - thread status, assignee, notes. Email content never touches our servers. None of the incumbent Gmail-helpdesk tools can say that. $12/user/month flat, 14-day free trial. I'd love your feedback - especially from anyone running support out of a shared inbox today.
