I'm Omar, the maker of Suppdoc.
I built it out of frustration: supplement advice online is either hype ("this pill fixes everything") or paywalled, and almost nobody tells you the boring but important stuff, like which things you shouldn't take together, what the actually-studied dose is, and what's just marketing.
So Suppdoc does three things, all free:
• Builds you a personalized stack from 200+ ingredients (take a quiz or just describe your goal in plain English).
• Audits a stack you already take, for interactions, redundancies and dosing.
• Gives every ingredient an honest, evidence-graded guide, with the number of clinical studies linked straight to PubMed so you can verify it yourself. There's also a tool that turns a blood test into targeted suggestions.
What I care about most: no fabricated stats, no fake testimonials, and no house brand to push, so the recommendations have no built-in bias. When the evidence is weak, the site says so.
