Their customer service is impeccable as they listen and take action. The app has many great features and helps me keep track of my meetings and Slack.

Congrats on the launch! I really like the idea and will for sure start using it as many times in my team we are forced to repeat things due to some members not being able to show up. However, I am concerned about data privacy, do you have something to prevent you guys from just storing the video/audio of the meetings?
I have been using Superpowered for the last 7 months, and since then I have been confidently running my codes until the very last second before a call starts with no fear of missing the call, thanks auto-join and countdown. Also as the superpowered AI notes came along, I increased my work efficiency by 10% per week ie. I get 4 hours of my work time that I earlier spent on documenting project/ad-hoc scopes, writing targets, and creating descriptions for tasks.
I can't imagine meetings without superpowered autojoin and AI notes and it's also the smooth workflow, It's one of those things I never knew I much needed. I'm glad @boywonder decided to join you guys.

Manually start meeting notes??
My work organization doesn't allow the gmail/ gcal integration with Superpowered. I was hoping that I would be able to manually initiate the AI note taking, but don't see any way to do this.
Am I missing something or is the product not able to work w/o calendar access permission?
I've used Superpowered for a while now. The team has consistently improved the product and shipped new features.
Really excited that they're launching on PH - and hope other people become aware of and start using superpowered.
I've loved Superpowered since the first meeting popup on my menu bar. I don't know what HackerNews was talking about @jordan_dearsley. That thing was killer. Congrats on the perseverance and work. Looking forward to using the new functionality!
I have a high bar for consumer tech that I'll pay for, but I LOVE Superpowered! Got all my coworkers to use it :)
Used to rigorously take notes for meetings and then spend time formatting the notes/action items, now I don't have to worry about it. Also love how it doesn't disrupt the meeting!
One product feedback suggestion: I wish the meeting (+ banner) pop up was smaller or at least the size could be customized because I have a 13in mac and sometimes it blocks part of my workflow.
I'm free to focus on my meeting knowing that I can rely on AI notes to summarize the main points and track the action items. It's amazing how well it works and seamlessly fits into my workflow.
