I have one question: how does it mimic my tone of voice to generate a reply? Do I have to train it?
What about data privacy? Email is highly confidential, so how can we ensure its security?

So, you can define only a type, so that AI will generate email based on these types still or you need to assign a type a template so it adapts emails based on one?
