SuperEarth
Interactive map for neighborhood favors and mutual aid.
SuperEarth An interactive map where neighbors offer and request real time help, from moving a couch to find people for a board game night. Completely free and without ads, only community cooperation.
Hello! I created this web app because I wanted to recreate a genuine sense of neighborly cooperation and community that we lost over the years.
Local apps and social media have done the opposite of what they were meant to do, distancing ourselves more, installing invasive apps and being buried in ads and feeds.
Superearth removed these blockers to create a free and easy to use live map:
- Pins: See actionable requests where help is actually needed on your surroundings.
- Help Scores: Earn reputation points whenever you help a neighbor, creating a trust based system.
- Zero Ads or Feeds: Purely dedicated to favors, resource sharing and local events.
HOW TO TEST IT:
Since this is an hyper local app, if you don't have requests in your area, simply search "Milan, Italy" in the search bar to see how a populated neighborhood looks and feels.
I'D LOVE YOUR FEEDBACK ON:
- Is the idea valid for you?
- What features are missing to make it better?
- Does the "Helps Given and Received" score feel like an effective motivator?
NOTES:
- It's a lean MVP so I'd like feedback on the core loop.
- Please test it on Desktop, full mobile UI polish coming soon.
Thanks for checking out!
Honestly pretty cool concept, it actually feels good seeing what people nearby need help with instead of another generic neighborhood app. Board game night requests are a nice touch, makes it feel more social than just chores.
