Hi everybody! The mission behind Super Teacher is to offer unlimited private tutoring for an affordable price. I know the idea of a virtual tutor may sound crazy or far-fetched, but this app really can, already, teach children to read, do basic arithmetic, and much more. My daughters have taken over 200 lessons in the app, including lessons in math, reading, drawing, poetry, science, social-emotional skills, geography and more. We hope to one day offer content in every subject, for every age, in every country, in every language, and on any platform. We’ve built our technology to support that goal. Today we’re launching in the US, in English, on iOS, for ages 3–8. The price is $4.17 per month with an annual subscription. I’m really excited to be launching this after over 18 months in development. I can’t wait to hear your feedback! And if it’s not available where you live but you are interested in trying it with your kid(s), please let us know where you think we should launch next!

As a dad, that wants the best for his kid without breaking the bank, I'm really excited about Super Teacher. Private tutoring is only feasible for the rich. That’s always been the way it is, and it’s never been fair. But self-directed learning from books isn't responsive to a student's questions and challenges, or even possible for kids before they learn to read well. Super Teacher means my kid can have a tutor that listens and talks to them for just over $4 per month on the annual plan. It's a virtual teacher that is fully automated but can use a natural-sounding voice and lots of visuals to walk kids through lessons before they can even type. Super Teacher calls my kid by their name, asks smart questions that test knowledge but also make them feel like they're succeeding. And it's not just talking through some standard online course. Super Teacher reacts to answers, diving deeper where kids need more help or skipping ahead when they immediately understand. Best of all, it's making my daughter associate screentime with active learning, not zombie consumption...as much as I love watching Moana every day. It's got lessons across a bunch of subjects like reading, math, and science, but also social-emotional skills, art. and poetry. If you've got a kid ages 3-8, definitely try it out and let Tim and the team know what you think!

Congratulations on the launch Tim! Shared this with my cousins who have kids and they love that the content is super interactive.

Impressive Product and it's gonna helpful for my kids too! Thanks Makers to make such product!

Love the concept of this app! It's so important to be democratizing access to quality education. I can't wait to try it out when my little one is old enough!

As a user, I feel that this product really solves a pain point and makes my life easier. Thank you for creating it

Congrats on the launch! It's a really potent blend of technology, teacher experience, and subject-matter expertise and my son has enjoyed his experiences with it. The kind of experience that Super Teacher provides differs significantly from the more passive forms of online and app learning that pervade edtech. Wish you the best of luck with launch and hope many people try it out!

We are one of the early users of Super Teacher. The app is very engaging and super simple to use! The flexibility to take lessons at your own time is really great! I highly recommend it for young kids!

I would love to see a feature where Super Teacher can adapt to each student's learning style and pace. This would increase its effectiveness and make it even more accessible to all learners.

As someone who has worked in the ECD sector working on playful parenting apps, I think it’s so important that this includes social-emotional aspects as well. Really like the concept and that it was created by an actual former teacher and parent. I have a bunch of children in my life I’d love to share this with.
