7 years ago I was here, launching Slite, our knowledge base solution. And today, we're evolving into a multi-product company with our biggest launch ever, Super!
It started as the first AI search in a knowledge base in Feb 2023, which got so successful for our customers that we had to bring it to any data sources. We connected Notion, Confluence, Slack, you name it, and built a Perplexity-like experience on top to browse team knowledge with full confidence.
Next, our customers clearly needed to go beyond search, so we let them build their own sources, bring Super to their flow with API, MCP, Zapier, etc.

Great work! I can see this rapidly streamlining sales and customer service departments. I'm in sales, one of the things that can kill a deal is not having the answer readily available. Every time you hang up the phone, the chance of closing the deal goes down a lot. I think this tool could help a company increase their close rates by simply having the answers quickly.
I can also see this ramping up new reps even faster. They'll have the sales docs and training docs right when they need it.

I really like the idea between Super: it feels like the missing link between “Where did we store that doc?” and “Here’s the answer, already drafted”.
Connecting Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, Slack—even Jira tickets—and returning Perplexity-style answers inside a chat could save entire teams hours and hours each week.
Couple of things I’m itching to know at first glance:
How granular can source-level permissions get? Sales decks are fine to surface company-wide, but finance spreadsheets…not so much 😂.
Any plans for a ROI dashboard that, in example, shows time saved or duplicate questions prevented?
I really like the pre-built assistants gallery and I'm curious: can users publish their own templates to a marketplace and earn a rev-share?
