Suna is a fully open source AI assistant that helps you accomplish real-world tasks with ease. Through natural conversation, Suna becomes your digital companion for research, data analysis, and everyday challenges.
Hi everyone!
Suna from Kortix AI is an open-source (Apache 2.0) generalist AI agent, positioned as an "AI Employee" that acts on your behalf to automate tasks.
You use natural language to have Suna handle complex, multi-step workflows. It comes equipped with tools for things like browser automation, file management, web searching, running code, and integrating with various APIs.
A key point is flexibility. It's model-agnostic, meaning you can use different LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models via LiteLLM), and you can either self-host it or use their cloud service.
Open-source and task-oriented? That’s a combo with serious potential. How modular is Suna—can devs easily swap in their own models or tools for niche workflows?
this is good.. it gives you a vision of how this app think before answering, nicely done
Can I set it up to automate a bunch of personal workflows via Python or something?
Always wanted a digital companion!
Nice to be able to bounce ideas off another 'thinking-thing' when people aren't necessarily around!
Zac this looks great & I wish you & the team, the best of luck w/ the launch!!
