Sumri
Turn study materials into simplified AI Study Kits
Sumri is a purpose-built AI study app that turns your materials into simplified and organized Study Kits with summaries, simple explanations, definitions, Smart Quiz and contextual Ask, for understanding, revision and exam success. Android now; iOS soon.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built Sumri around a simple problem: students increasingly use AI to study, but general AI chats still leave them piecing together summaries, explanations, quizzes and follow-up questions across disconnected conversations.
Sumri takes a different approach. You start with your own supported study materials — notes, PDFs, documents, images or public links — and Sumri turns them into one organized Study Kit.
Each Study Kit includes:
• Academic Summary
• Simple Explanation
• Definitions
• Smart Quiz
• Ask
The idea is to keep understanding, revision, self-testing and questions connected to the same material rather than starting over each time.
Sumri also supports English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi and Simplified Chinese, and the Study Kit language can be selected independently of the interface language.
Sumri is available now on Android, with iOS coming soon.
I’d especially love feedback from students, educators and people building in EdTech: what part of the study workflow would you most want Sumri to improve next?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
